Camp Day 1-2011
The first day of camp students had a special lesson with Amy Smith, Rowan County Director of Health, where they learned about the new food "plate" guide and made homemade salsa.
Mrs. Beck came and did a yoga class with us today. We learned several different poses and some great stretching techniques!!
